What is Person- Centred Counselling?
Person-centred counselling is a form of talking therapy that offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Your journey is led by your unique needs, not directed by me. This can feel empowering, especially if you’ve been used to being silenced or directed by others, and supports you to trust your own voice and reconnect with your authentic self.
Together we can explore and uncover the answers already held within you, you may view this as connecting you with your own "inner counsellor"
I focus on creating a calm, empathic relationship built on trust, acceptance, and genuine connection. Over time, this work can foster greater self-acceptance, confidence, and lasting healing change.

"I had a very positive counselling experience with Louise. She gets to grips with your struggles very quickly, there is also no judgement just understanding.
I learnt helpful techniques from Louise to better enable me moving forward, including coming away more skilled in resilient, coping and with a better understanding of navigating solutions and my support networks. Thank-you."
