
When words alone are not always enough ......
I’ve always been drawn to meditation and alternative therapies, and over time I found myself turning towards approaches that could offer support beyond words. I found these methods brought a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and healing on a more profound level.
This led me to explore how these approaches could complement counselling, allowing me to work in a way that considers both mind and body. By paying attention to how emotional experiences show up physically, we can begin to understand patterns that may be influencing how you feel or live.

I believe lasting healing comes when we
work with the whole person, mind, body, and the deeper emotional patterns held within.
That’s why my work offers the option of weaving traditional counselling with nervous system support and holistic approaches.
I work with each client as an individual, shaped by their needs, pace and preferences. Some clients come for talking therapy or Reiki as a stand alone therapy, while others choose to combine the two. When working with trauma, gently including the nervous system creates a greater sense of safety and containment and minimises the risk of re- traumatisation.
