Starting therapy can feel like a daunting step. Reaching out for support often comes after a great deal of strength, not failure. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure where to turn. Many have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, & long periods of coping alone. As a professional therapist, my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that there is no singular way to be in therapy.
Not a "One Size Fits All" Therapist
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, because it doesn’t work. We are all unique individuals, and therapy should reflect this. I also believe meaningful change shouldn’t take years. Sessions with me are shaped around your experiences, needs, and goals, so you can make progress in a way that truly fits you.
